GLOBAL outcast North Korea is smuggling ammo to Russia to help with Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine, it is claimed. The US says the country's leader Kim Jong Un is secretly shipping a "significant number" of artillery shells, but insisted they are not enough to halt the series of Russian retreats.
