Plots in Gore’s Main St will soon be filled with crab-apple trees – but the Gore District Council can’t say for sure when they will be planted. The council is no longer incurring a $300 daily traffic management fee for the spaces – an issue that caused a contractor to “cop a lot of flak” from residents before Christmas, according to a council manager.
