POLICE are hunting for a man who pushed a commuter onto Tube tracks in a string of attacks \- warning the public not to approach the suspect. British Transport Police are desperately trying to identify the man responsible for the three attacks that unfolded across the London Underground on Thursday.

btp.policeThe string of attacks were carried out at Baker Street and Finchley Road Station's during the busy lunchtime peak '/ ' The horror first unfolded at the bustling Baker Street platform just before midday when a commuter was assaulted. Shortly after, a second man was sent flying onto the tracks at Finchley Road Station \- luckily avoiding any oncoming trains. A third victim has now come forward to say that he was also assaulted by the same man who was fleeing the scene on a train from Finchley Road. SHOCK FIND Charity shopper makes grim discovery hidden in second hand item British Transport Police last night appealed for help \- warning members of the public not to approach the suspect. Detective Chief Inspector Paul Langley said: ...Please do not approach them.... New CCTV images released by police clearly show the man who is dressed in all black and wearing a beanie. He is known to frequent the area with gaffer tape on his leg. It's not believed that any of the parties involved were known to each other. Detective Chief Inspector Langley added: "Our investigation is continuing at pace and there will be a highly visible presence of officers in the area throughout the weekend to provide reassurance to the travelling public.... "We now believe the man is responsible for a third assault yesterday, and we are today releasing even clearer images of a man we'd urgently like to trace in connection with these incidents. ...Additionally, we know he was wearing a distinctive hat with markings on the back. "If you see someone matching this image, please contact police urgently by calling 999 and referencing 517 of 27/10/22....
