POLICE are urgently searching for an 18-year-old mum who vanished with her baby daughter overnight. Chloe Jeffreys was reported missing from Crawley in West Sussex yesterday. 
Chloe vanished with her daughter after being seen in Worthing She is believed to be with her one-year-old daughter. They were last known to be in Worthing with officers launching a search for the pair. Police confirmed they are ...concerned... over the disappearance.
