WESTERN leaders have condemned Russia for the suspension of the UN-brokered Black Sea grain agreement, as the Kremlin blames Ukraine for the decision. The agreement was brokered earlier in Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine and allowed grain ships to export produce to countries across the globe. Russia has claimed this suspension is due to a drone strike committed by Ukraine on Crimea this Saturday, Kyiv has since slammed the Kremlin for creating "fictitious terrorist attacks."
