A SCHOOLBOY accidentally shot himself in the head while he was playing with his uncle's gun. Tragic Gabriel Gustavo de Souza Mota, 10, was playing with his cousin when he found the weapon on top of a wardrobe at a family home in Juatuba, Brazil.

The girl later told police that Gabriel accidentally shot himself in the head. As soon as they heard the gunshot, the adults present rushed to the room and saw Gabriel lying on the floor with a wound on his head.
