RISHI Sunak vowed to ...deliver... for Britain as he faced off against Labour at PMQs yesterday, as he revealed the 2019 ban on fracking would be reinstated. Mr Sunak met with his new-look cabinet on Wednesday morning, before taking to the House of Commons at 12pm and facing questions from a charged-up Keir Starmer. During the heated exchanges, the newly appointed PM stressed he would get the Tories \- and the country \- back on track, as he confirmed the 2019 pledge to ban fracking would be reinstated.
