TWO bodies have been found inside a house in a tragedy that has left neighbors questioning why the victim was targeted. Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office in Bennington, Nebraska were called to a home just after 1.30am on Friday.

The victims have not been identified but the investigation is ongoingABC Sergeant John McFarland told local ABC affiliate KETV that officers were called to the neighborhood for a wellbeing check. McFarland said that law enforcement had to force their way into the home. That's when they made the gruesome discovery. Cops have revealed few details about what led to the deaths. CATCHING A KILLER Mom's haunting words before her death revealed suspect who set her ablaze The deceased have not yet been identified and no information about their ages was released. However, a Douglas County 911 dispatcher told Omaha World-Herald that officials were called about a possible murder-suicide. The dispatcher also said that one of the victims died of self-inflicted injuries. While Sergeant McFarland could not officially say how the victims died, he did say there was no threat to the public.
