A LONG-serving worker won a discrimination case after his boss said he had been around "as long as Pontius Pilate". Managing director Shirley Bellamy made the remark to David Finch as they negotiated a settlement for him to leave her firm, a tribunal heard.

Mrs Bellamy also asked him if he was going to have an afternoon nap due to falling asleep at work because of various health conditions. And she suggested the heart attack survivor move his holiday as Covid might kill him.
