RICHARD M Allen has been arrested on two counts of murder, it was revealed at a press conference today. Allen, 50, was taken into custody on Friday over five years after Abigail Williams, 13, and Libby German, 14, were found dead on a hiking trail in Delphi, Indiana, back in February 2017. Allen was taken into custody and booked into the Carroll County Jail in connection with the horrific crime. It has now been revealed that he was arrested on two counts of murder, however, officials said the case is ...far from complete....
