"And our digital-first culture means we default to virtual meetings and place greater emphasis on async communications," Atlassian's career page states. Valued at $US100 billion, Atlassian is currently advertising roles in analytics and data science, engineering, marketing, customer experience and product management. Average salaries for these positions are anywhere between $95,000 and $140,000, according to recruitment site Seek, but Atlassian has not disclosed the salary packages on offer for the advertised roles. In a push to attract candidates, the company will also be touring Australia aboard its own Atlassian-branded RV, dubbed the "Atlassivan" to pitch to new workers.
