IN shocking scenes, a gunman has opened fire on a conscription officer, as thousands look to avoid Putin's brutal mobilisation policy. The attacker, who has been named as Ruslan Zinin, 25, allegedly yelled ...no one's going to fight... before shooting local military recruiter Aleksandr Yeliseyev four times from point-blank range. The conscription officer was critically injured. This comes as thousands protest Putin's brutal new policy, which looks to recruit a further 300,000 Russian troops to aid in his bloodthirsty invasion of Ukraine.
