TWITTER has blasted Elon Musk once again over his attempt to back out of the $44 billion agreement to purchase the social media platform, citing secret midnight texts previously withheld. In a letter to the Delaware Court of Chancery made public Friday, Twitter claimed the Tesla CEO's legal team did not provide the messages allegedly exchanged between Musk and Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison.

Ellison was also invested in the May Twitter purchase, pledging $1 billion, according to the outlet. He has long been considered a close friend of the Tesla CEO.
