A UNIVERSITY professor has been accused of murdering a student after opening fire in a parking lot of a local restaurant. Richard Sigman, 47, shot 18-year-old Anna Jones, an incoming freshman at University of West Georgia, shortly after midnight on Saturday, according to police.
