A RUSSIAN tourist posing in his speedos has given away the position of anti-aircraft missiles, Ukraine has said. The holiday snap shows the potbellied man standing beside the missile battery Kiev says is on the Crimean peninsula, a spot popular with Russian tourists.

The picture of the man in his speedos was released by Ukraine's defence ministry along with a mocking note of thanks for his help. Wagner Group hardmen were wiped out after a Vladimir Putin propagandist posted a picture which included a street name. Sharp-eyed Ukrainian artillery teams noticed war correspondent Serhiy Sreda's blunder and blasted the base with US-made HIMARS rockets. The attack left at least one person dead, up to 20 aeroplanes destroyed, and around $1 billion of damage, according to Anton Gerashchenko, advisor to Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs. Officials in Kyiv have so far stopped short of directly claiming responsibility to the attack. But the country's defence ministry released a video accompanied by Bananarama's 'Cruel Summer', which was a hit for the legendary girl band in 1983.
