A MAN claims he accidentally chopped off his own testicles while dreaming that he was cutting meat for a family meal. Kofi Atta, a farmer in Ghana, suffered critical injuries after taking a knife to his scrotum while he was half asleep.

He awoke in shock at his Assin Fosum home on August 12 after feeling sharp pains coming from his penis and scrotum, according to GHOne TV. The man told BBC Pidgin he's currently receiving medical care in hospital but says it looks like he will need surgery.
