A MOM left a chill note behind before she strangled her three kids and then killed herself. Junior Panjon, 12, Joselyn Panjon, 10, and, Jonael Panjon, 5 \- appeared to have been strangled by their 36-year-old mother, Sonia Loja, according to police.
