FORMER political advisor Jared Kushner has revealed he was diagnosed with cancer while he was serving in the West Wing. The details were published in a memoir, obtained by The New York Times, which is set to be released in full in August 2022. In the memoir, Kushner revealed that her had a bout of thyroid cancer in 2019. The disease is often diagnosed at a younger age, compared to other adult cancers, and affects hundreds of thousands of people worldwide every year. The thyroid gland is found at the base of your neck at the front, just behind the hollow where your collarbones meet. It is a butterfly-shaped gland that makes and releases hormones that regulate your heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and weight.
