A FAMILY has been devastated after a brother and sister were killed and their two other siblings went missing having been swept away from their parents' hands in a Kentucky flood. Amber Smith and Riley Noble lost two of their children, Riley Jr., 6, and Nevaeh, 4, when trying to get to safety during Kentucky's flash flood, according to Amber's cousin Brittany Trejo.
