TANKS of oxygen exploded in the back of a flatbed truck during a massive fire in Seattle on Thursday evening, fire officials said. The Seattle Fire Department warned drivers to slow down near SB I-5 and between Lakeview and Merced St exits while crews responded to the blaze.
