Stacy was arrested in Florida on Thursday night after he allegedly punched his ex-girlfriend in front of their five-month-old son. During Stacy's first court appearance on Friday, he was held on a $10,150 bail and forced to surrender his passport, and temporarily ordered to stay away from the victim. The footballer was charged with aggravated battery and criminal mischief over the assault of his baby's mom Kristin Evans that was caught on home surveillance footage.
