RAPPER Javont'e ...561 Monsta' Wilkins has been arrested, as authorities suspect him of killing a man and leaving him on the side of the road. Kristian Lujan, 30, was found dead near State Road 47 in Florida on November 14, after Wilkins reported the incident to authorities, police said.

The sheriff's office said the suspect came in person to report the alleged crime.
