Just a few days ago, newly-released surveillance footage from August 29 had shown Jojo with his dad in a store. The FBI and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children released the video this week. "My son is obsessed with cars." August 29 is also the day that Jojo's mother had an emergency motion granted for sole custody, according to Miami-Dade court records. The motion was granted after Morales kept Jojo overnight, which was a violation of his custody arrangement with Concepcion.
