Emperor's jade seal sells for $24 million
A cigar field as soon as belonging to WWII British Prime Minister Winston Churchill has bought for greater than $141,000 at public sale.
The rosewood field, in line with Duke's Auctioneers, is adorned with geometric inlay and its inside lid is stamped with the symbol of 'Montecristo Habana' above, and 'The Hon. Winston Churchill' under.
It later belonged to Churchill's private valet, Norman McGowan.
