Strewth, mate: Joseph Parker listed as an Australian in latest IBF rankings

The International Boxing Federation (IBF) has just released its updated rankings, and they won't make for pleasant reading for Joseph Parker – though not for the reason you might expect. On the back of his stunning upset victory over 5-to-1 favourite Deontay Wilder in Saudi Arabia last month, the former WBO champion has retained fourth spot on the New Jersey-based organisation’s heavyweight standings, just behind Britain’s Anthony Joshua (3rd) and Croatian Filip Hrgovic, the No 1-ranked contender and mandatory challenger to reigning champion Oleksandr Usyk’s title.
