Woman in critical condition, man arrested after incident in Marton

A woman has been taken to hospital in a critical condition after allegedly taking drugs in an incident that also saw one man taken into custody. A police media spokesperson said police were called to an address on Broadway in Marton about 8.15pm on Monday. They located two people at the property – a woman in need of medical attention after apparently taking drugs, and a man who had a warrant to arrest.
