PUTIN'S propaganda mouthpieces have been cheering the missile blast on Poland which killed two. In a sick twist one even celebrated that a Nato country had "finally" been hit, as it emerged US officials now believe the missile was fired by Ukraine in the face of an onslaught from Russia.
