A WOMAN who was killed in a tragic stampede during a Halloween celebration in Seoul had shared a haunting post just weeks before her death. Grace Rached, 23, a Sydney-based producer, was among the 153 people killed in the horror crush on Saturday night.

Grace dressed as Audrey Hepburn was enjoying a night out in the Itaewon district with her friends when the tragedy struck.
