A MAN died after accidentally falling into the River Thames \- while on girlfriend tragically watched on FaceTime. James East, 25, from Swansea, had been out with his girlfriend Arabella in Kingston, London, to celebrate a birthday on September 25. A post-mortem later found he died from his head injuries.
