TWO British men have been arrested over a brutal attack on another Brit outside a world famous Ibiza nightclub. The victim was rushed to the island's Can Misses Hospital in a "very serious" condition in the early hours of this morning following the attack at Amnesia.

AlamyThe attack happened at the taxi rank at the world famous club '/ ' The assault, described by town hall sources as ferocious, occurred just after 7am at a taxi rank opposite the club. The victim was beaten unconscious as bystanders, who feared he would be killed, pleaded with the attackers to stop, Diario Ibiza reports. It was not immediately clear whether all three men had just come out of the club and what had sparked the violence. Another police force, the Civil Guard, has now taken over the ongoing criminal probe. They will hold the two suspects for the next day or two before handing them over to a judge who will decide whether to release them on bail or remand them in custody.
