Police have now identified the owner of that space as 52-year-old James Michael Barrett, 52. He has since been charged with abuse of a corpse, along with Edward Norman, 60. Lashley was last seen on February 21 last year. She was reported missing by her mom Tammy Lashley on June 15 of this year.
