A DRIVER has admitted killing a six-year-old girl in a horror crash as she walked on the pavement with her dad. Sharlotte-Sky Naglis died instantly when John Owen, 45, smashed his car into her in Norton Green, Staffordshire. 
PASharlotte-Sky Naglis was killed after a car smashed into her as she walked with her dad '/ ' He pleaded guilty to killing Sharlotte by dangerous driving when he appeared at Stafford Crown Court today. Judge Graeme Smith warned him it was ...inevitable... he would be jailed when he is sentenced on October 4. Sharlotte was walking with her dad the night before Father's Day on June 19 last year when the tragedy unfolded. Emergency crews were scrambled to the scene but sadly she couldn't be saved and was declared dead shortly after. Her dad was treated in hospital for mild injuries following the crash. Sharlotte's heartbroken family paid tribute to the youngster after her death. They said: ...Sharlotte was so beautiful, full of life, always smiling, sassy, so brave and happy.
